Neetu Kapoor has time and again proved that she is an ardent supporter of her newly-wed ‘bahu’, Alia Bhatt. The Kalank actress tied the knot with her son on Thursday, April 14. Neetu Kapoor also shared pictures of the happy couple describing them as her ‘world’.
In a recent episode of a dance reality TV show, where Neetu Kapoor is a judge, she was seen talking about her daughter-in-law, Alia Bhatt. This episode was shot on April 11th, when the actress was denying the wedding in front of the media.
In a promo of the episode shared on Instagram, Neetu’s co-judge Nora Fatehi asks her, “Aapne sass seekha hai na?” (You have learnt sass, right?) Neetu replies to this that learning swag and sass has come in handy for her.
Co-host Karan Kundra then makes a pun on the word sass, pronouncing it as sass. He jokingly hints at an upcoming wedding saying, “Sass toh aa rahi hai because bahu bhi toh aa rahi hai”. (She is learning sass as her daughter-in-law is coming). Neetu then replies, “Aa gayi hai”, (She has come)
Karan Kundra then asks, “Ghar pe chal kiski rahi hai? Sass (sass) ki ya bahu ki (who rules the house? Mother-in-law or daughter-in-law)?” In response to this, Neetu says, “Khaali bahu ki. Mai chahti hu ki sirf bahu ki hi chale (Only daughter-in-law. I want that only my daughter-in-law rules the house).”
In another appearance at the Mehendi celebration of the pair, the actress spoke about Alia, highly praising her. She said, “She is the best. God bless them, really.”
