New State Mobile October update brings Dead By Daylight-themed items: What’s new

Krafton has collaborated with Behaviour Interactive to bring some in-game items from the video game company’s popular horror survival game, Dead By Daylight, in its battle royale mobile game New State Mobile. The items are a part of the October update which is now available to both Android and iOS users.
The update comes just ahead of the Halloween season and includes New State Mobile’s first-anniversary event, a new ‘recruit mode’ game type, and a new Survival Pass.
What’s new in New State Mobile October update
Hide-and-seek game mode: Along with the October update, Krafton has also released a trailer video announcing the collaboration theme – Fright for Survival. It portrays the special hide-and-seek game mode, which takes place in Paradiso on the new Akinta map. The developer will also release additional short form content from October 26.
Dead By Daylight in-game items: Krafton has revealed details about special Dead By Daylight in-game items. It says that users have until November 24 to obtain various items such as helmets, backpacks, frying pans, parachutes and costumes. Rewards will be available through mission achievement events.

In-game anniversary event: The game will have a special in-game event to mark the first anniversary of New State Mobile. The event will take place from November 1 to November 30 and will have a total of 15 missions. Gamers will also have special anniversary costumes, parachutes and weapon skins which will be given to players after they accomplish missions.
Survivor Pass Vol. 12: This month’s update brings Edward from the Hunters faction introduced in Tom Clancy‘s The Division 2. Edward’s costumes and face skins can be obtained for free by completing all of the story missions. Furthermore, games who have purchased a Premium Pass can get all of the new state credits refunded when they reach a certain pass level.
New State Mobile 0.9.40 update patch
Krafton has also released update patch 0.9.40. It includes a new ‘Recruit Mode’ for Akinta map that will allow you to recruit faster to create a bigger squad (up to 8 players). There is a new auto fire feature for beginners players. When enabled, your weapon will fire automatically after locking on a target.
There is a new map rotation system that allows maps to be available only at certain times. Other than that, the update has new weapon customisation such as M24 [C2] tracking bullet which leaves an indicator on a hit enemy that your team can track for 10 seconds.
