Earlier this week, we reported that the total cost of buying a Nothing Phone (1) starts at Rs 33,996. This includes the base variant of the handset, 45W fast charger, screen cover and transparent back cover with offers.
However, this total cost of Nothing Phone (1) has gone up starting today (July 22) as all the pre-order offers have ended. The smartphone is going on sale at 7 pm today on Flipkart. The smartphone will be available at its cost price with no pre-order offers. This means that the overall ownership cost of Nothing Phone (1) including the 45W charger will go up by Rs 2,000.

Nothing Phone (1) is priced at Rs 32,999, Rs 35,999 and Rs 38,999 for the 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants respectively. Other than the 45W fast charger is priced at Rs 2,499; transparent case at Rs 1,499; and screen guard at Rs 999 respectively.

Nothing Phone (1) features a transparent back with LED lights called Glyph Interface.
According to Nothing, it is a new way of communicating to help minimise screen time. You can see light patterns made up of 900 LEDs on the back which indicate who’s calling and signals app notifications, charging status and more.
The Nothing Phone (1) has a 6.55-inch OLED display and HDR10+. It offers an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate.
Nothing Phone (1) is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 778G+ chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The handset has a dual camera setup featuring two 50 MP sensors, with the main camera powered by the flagship Sony IMX766. It offers wide ƒ/1.8 aperture, dual image stabilisation and 10-bit colour videos among other features. Users also get other features like Night Mode and Scene detection.
There’s no charger in the Nothing Phone (1) box but users do get a Type-C cable. The smartphone can be charged to 50% capacity in 30 minutes.
