NVIDIA’s Game Ready drivers have vastly improved the performances of several titles that run on its graphic cards.

These drivers provide optimum settings and tweaks that allow for higher framerates compared to games that don’t run on these drivers.

Currently, NVIDIA offers Game Ready driver support to over 80 titles including Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed, Valhalla, Forza Horizon 5 and several more. And according to the American-based company, these titles will see more performance gains with improvements to DirectX 12.

In a new blog post, NVIDIA shared that its engineering team has been on working DirectX 12 enhancements, which include shader compilation optimization, reduced CPU overhead, and Resizable BAR profiles for Forza Horizon 5 and F1 22. As these optimizations help CPU-bound scenarios, the games can further take advantage of the graphic cards present in the PC.

The company also provided some graphs that showcase the massive performance difference caused by these enhancements on titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Forza Horizon 5 at 1920×1080, 2560×1440 and 3840×2160 resolutions. While the latter saw an average jump in performance by 8%, Cyberpunk 2077 and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla saw boosts of up to 20% and 24%, respectively.

Other than that, players should also expect to see a higher framerate on other titles that support Game Ready drivers, such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Watch Dogs: Legion and more.

Along with the performance gains, NVIDIA has also announced that its latest Game Ready driver will support some of the big video game releases of October. This includes titles like Scorn, Gotham Knights, A Plague Tale: Requiem, and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection.

With these Game Ready drivers, players will be looking forward to having the best experience possible while playing the titles mentioned above.
