Within weeks, millions of broadband customers will face mid-contract price hikes, which many providers raising rates by around 14 percent. As households shop around for new broadband providers, Zen Internet has been hailed as the only Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband in 2023. The ISP has won this prestigious consumer champion recommendation for the third year in a row, scoring an impressive 81 percent in their research.

Zen easily beat its next nearest competitor, Hyperoptic, by a staggering 16 percent, and performed way better than the big four ISP’s- BT, Sky, Virgin and TalkTalk.

Which? came to this recommendation through a survey of thousands of broadband customers across the country, asking them exactly what they thought of their broadband provider.

Zen has Contract Price Promise, which means that if you sign a contract with them, the price will remain fixed throughout the deal. That’s something that most of its rivals can’t match.

It is important to note that Zen deals are generally a bit more expensive compared to most other providers offering broadband packages at the same speeds but it does offer that price-freeze promise.

“And it’s notable that around nine in 10 Zen Internet customers rated it good value for money despite the provider not offering tariffs as cheaply priced as the likes of Now Broadband and Vodafone.

“Around nine in 10 Zen customers also said they would recommend it to others. As well as having the most satisfied customers overall, Zen has committed to Ofcom’s code of practice and automatic compensation schemes, plus it doesn’t bake price rises into its contracts, so we’re happy to name it as a Which? Recommended Provider.”

In a statement, Richard Tang, Founder & Chairman, Zen Internet said: “We are extremely proud of our continued status as the only Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband. “The survey reflects the best services available and stands on the side of consumers, so represents everything we strive to achieve at Zen.

“We want to ensure we continue to provide an industry leading service and support our customers when they need it most.”
