Philips has expanded its range of wireless earphones in India. The company has launched the Philips TAT4506BK true wireless earphones with active noise cancellation (ANC). The new earphones come with built-in touch controls and sports a water resistant design.

Philips TAT4506BK is equipped with a 10mm driver and 16 Ohm impedance. The device weighs 0.05 kg and offers Bluetooth version 5.0 for connectivity. It comes with support for Bluetooth profiles — A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and Streaming Format: SBC. The earphone has a connectivity range of up to 10 meters.
The device features active noise cancellation (ANC) and also has an awareness mode. One can long tap on the earbud to switch to the ‘Attention mode’. Removing the finger from the earbud will switch back the earphone to ANC mode.
Philips TAT4506BK is said to have a charging time of up to 2 hours. On single charge, the earphone can deliver up to 6 hours of battery backup. With the charging case, the battery life increases by up to 18 hours. It also comes with quick charge support and is claimed to offer 1 hours playtime with 15 minutes of charging.
The device comes with IPX4 rating which makes it resistant to splashes, sweat, and rain.
