Philips has expanded its audio product lineup in India. The company has launched new headphones, party speakers and true wireless earbuds (TWS). These include Philips TWS TAT2206BK and Philips TAT2236BK, Philips TAA4216BK sports headphones, Philips TAX5206 and Philips TAX3206 party speakers. The new devices boast features like long playback time, high fidelity sound experience and party lights effects.
Price and availability
The new Philips TAT2206BK and Philips TAT2236BK TWS earbuds are priced at Rs 6,999 each. They will be available at a special sale price of Rs 3,499 and Rs 3,399, respectively.
Similarly, Philips TAA4216BK sports headphones are priced at Rs 8,999 and will be available at a special sale price of Rs 4,699.
The TAX5206 and TAX3206 party speakers come with a price tag of Rs 21,990 and Rs 15,990, respectively. These party speakers will be available at a special sale price of Rs 17,990 and Rs 11,690, respectively. The entire range of products will be available in the next few weeks across online and offline retail stores.

Philips TAT2206 and TAT2236BK truly wireless earbuds are said to offer a battery life of up to 18 hours. The earbuds come with quick charge support and can deliver 1-hour battery backup with 15 minutes of charge.
The duo comes with mono mode and is said to offer a secure fit. Philips TAT2206 comes with three ear-tip covers -small, medium, and large.
Philips TAT2206 and TAT2236BK are equipped with 12mm and 6mm drivers. Both the earbuds come with an IPX4 splash and sweat-resistant design. The duo offers easy control and shortcuts.
Philips TAA4216BK wireless sports headphones are claimed to have a battery life of up to 35 hours. It is said to take less than 2 hours to charge completely. The device supports quick charging and can deliver 2 hours more playtime with 15 minutes of charging.
The headphones come with IP55 dust/water protection and have a multi-function button that lets you pause your playlist, take calls, control volume, and wake the phone’s voice assistant. The device connects instantly and can remember the last device they were paired with and connect automatically.
Ear-cups of the headphone are detachable for easy cleaning and are filled with cooling gel. It has a 3.5 mm audio port which allows one to connect them directly to compatible phones or music players.
Philips TAX5206 and Philips TAX3206 party speakers come with a built-in battery and are claimed to deliver a battery life of up to 14 hours on a single charge. Users can stream playlists via Bluetooth or plug in other sources via audio-in or USB.
The speakers have a mic input (6.3 mm). Philips TAX5206 features a trolley design, while the TAX3206 comes with a built-in carry handle for easy transfer. You can skip tracks and turn the volume up directly from the speaker.
Philips TAT2206 and TAT2236BK come with a playtime of up to 18 hours with a USB Type-C charging. They are equipped with passive noise isolation and offer IPX4 splash proof design.
