PIP cost of living oayment: When you can expect the disability cost of living payment? | Personal Finance | Finance

PIP replaced the Disability Living Allowance in 2013 for people whose disability affects their ability to work and carry out everyday tasks.

It’s paid by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to Britons who haven’t yet reached state pension age to help them meet the cost of living.

People with health conditions and disabilities often find they need to have the heating on more because of their condition.

While those eligible will receive the first and second cost of living payments, this is only guaranteed if they also receive Universal Credit, Income-based JSA, Income-related ESA, Income Support or Tax Credits.
