Actress Priyanka Chopra and her singer-husband Nick Jonas celebrated their very first Diwali with their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The couple welcomed their daughter via surrogacy earlier this year. The two often give fans glimpses of Malti on their social media handles and now, Nick has shared a snap from their family Diwali Puja.
Nick Jonas took to his Instagram handle to drop an adorable photo in which he can be seen performing Diwali Puja with Priyanka and Malti. In another click, he can be seen holding Malti in his arms. He captioned the post, “Such a beautiful Diwali celebration with my (heart emoji). Happy Diwali everyone. Sending joy and light to you all.”
For the occasion, Priyanka and Nick opted for colour-coordinated ethnic ensembles while Malti’s outfit matched theirs. They made for a lovely family, to say the least.
Priyanka and Nick Jonas had hosted a grand Diwali bash in their Los Angeles home just last year with many celebrities including Mindy Kaling in attendance. This year, it looks like the two opted for a more intimate celebration.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra has a slew of upcoming projects including the Russo Brothers’ spy thriller Citadel, It’s All Coming Back To Me and Jee Le Zaraa which also stars Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
