Ram Charan Birthday Bash: Chiranjeevi felicitates SS Rajamouli, MM Keeravani on RRR’s win at Oscars
Ram Charan celebrated his birthday on Monday and hosted a grand birthday bash. On his birthday bash, his father and actor Chiranjeevi honoured the RRR team and felicitated SS Rajamouli and MM Keervani on Naatu Naatu’s historic win at the 95th Academy Awards.
The actor took to his Instagram and shared numerous pictures from the celebration. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, “Honouring our Oscar winners in the presence of near and dear on @alwaysramcharan `s birthday was a true celebration! This feat Telugus achieved for the Indian Cinema shall remain etched in history!!”
The first picture shows Chiranjeevi honouring SS Rajamouli and his wife with a green shawl and a bouquet of flowers. We can also see Ram Charan dressed in black in the picture.
The second picture features Naatu Naatu’s composer MM Keervani and his wife who are felicitated with a blue shawl along with a bouquet. The next set of pictures is of team RRR present at Ram Charan’s birthday party.
RRR was helmed by SS Rajamouli. The epic drama is about two Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, their friendship and their fight against the British Raj.
At the Academy Awards, RRR’s Naatu Naatu won the Oscar for Best Original Song beating Rihanna and Lady Gaga. The song also won the Golden Globes for Best Original Song.
