Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme 9 series in India. The series consist of Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 SE 5G smartphones. The company has confirmed that the smartphones will be launched in India at 12:30 pm (IST) on March 10. Although the company has not shared much details about the devices, a dedicated microsite gives us a hint about what we can expect.
Here’s what we know about the Realme 9 series
As per the company, the Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 SE 5G smartphones will be 8.5 mm thin and will feature Fluid Light Design. One of the smartphones will be powered by 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset and the other one will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset.
The microsite has also revealed that Realme 9 SE 5G gets a display refresh rate of 144Hz. Realme claims that the display refresh rate of the smartphone is highest in the segment. The images shared by the company also indicate that the Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 SE 5G will have side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
When it comes to cameras, Realme has not revealed any details about the camera module but the image shared on the website has given some hints. As per the images, the Realme 9 series will feature a 48 MP triple AI camera setup on the back.
Realme recently launched the Realme 9 Pro series in India. The series consists of Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ smartphones.
