PVR Pictures has officially announced that the One Piece Film: Red anime movie will release in Indian theatres on October 7, 2022. This comes after the company revealed the release month of October but didn’t specify the date of release.

Previously, PVR Pictures set up displays advertising the movie in Mumbai theatres as a surprise for fans. The fifteenth film of the One Piece franchise, One Piece Film: Red will be distributed by PVR Pictures and Odex in India.
One Piece fans are anticipating the film as it tells the story of Shanks and his long-long daughter, Uta. It was released in Japanese theatres on August 6, 2022, and crossed over US$50 million at the box office in just ten days, making it the most successful film in the franchise.
