As you progress in the Resident Evil 4 Remake, you will find different requests hanging on walls. These blue notes are easily recognizable by their color, and interacting with them starts the sub-quest. Destroy the Blue Medallions is the first you find in the game during Chapter 1. You will be asked to get rid of the blue medallions hanging around the Farm, as there are five of them. Their exact location is shown in this guide.

How to get the Blue Medallions request in Chapter 1
As soon as you leave the Village behind and reach the Farm, you will find a small building with a Typewriter. Go straight ahead following the path, and turn right as soon as you pass the edifice. You will see a barn on your left. Continue walking, and keep the fence on your left. At the end of the farm, you will notice a large building with a closed gate.
The Request called Destroy the Blue Medallions is on the wall to the right. You will spot it immediately because it is written on a blue sheet. Interact with it to check the full details. You can always check the request details again by accessing the Files menu.
Destroy the Blue Medallions walkthrough
You must destroy the five blue medallions hung around the Farm to complete this request. Once you start the sub-quest, you will see the location of each item on the map. However, some can be difficult to spot. You can check where they have been hidden in this guide and then shoot them with your handgun.
Beware of any enemies you may encounter in this area. You’d better eliminate any foe before proceeding so you won’t get interrupted while looking for the medallions.
Blue Medallion #1
Start from the building with the Typewriter. Exit it and walk towards the farm. Leave the well on your left and turn right. Look back at the same edifice, and you will see the medallion hanging from the roof tiles on the outside wall.
Blue Medallion #2
Turn back towards the well and go right over the fence. Turn immediately right and look through the window. You will notice the blue medallion hanging on a wooden pillar.
Blue Medallion #3
Go straight towards the small wind turbine, and enter the building on its right. Look towards the ceiling, and you will notice the third medallion.
Blue Medallion #4
Turn right and continue following the path. On the right, you will notice a barn. Look up at the large window just below the ceiling. The medallion hangs right there.
Blue Medallion #5
Pass the barn, leaving it on your right. You will notice a tiny crypt in front of you to interact with. The blue medallion, however, is not hidden inside it. Move slightly to the right, towards the edge of the fence, and look over the crypt. The last medallion hangs right there.
