Samsung already offers some of the premium Android tablets available in the market. The South Korean tech giant is now expected to add another budget tablet to its portfolio which is likely to run Android 11. According to a report by Android Central, the company is working on a successor to the affordable Galaxy Tab A7 and some of the key specifications of the upcoming tablet have been leaked online.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 2022 expected availability
The report also mentions that Samsung might offer more details about the Galaxy Tab A7 2022 once the company releases the Galaxy Z-series foldable devices. The rumoured tablet might also be the base model of the series which is likely to include more expensive variants with more RAM and storage, the report suggests. The base variant is expected to arrive with a price tag of €199 (around Rs 16,200). However, the company has not officially confirmed any of the details.

As per the report, a tipster has also tweeted an image which reveals the proposed design of the upcoming tablet that looks very similar to the previous model. The post also mentions that the Galaxy Tab A7 2022 is expected to sport a 10.4-inch TFT display with a 1200 x 2000 resolution. The tablet is likely to come powered by the Unisoc T618 chipset, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, expandable up to 1TB.
The Galaxy Tab A7 2022 might house a single 8MP rear camera setup and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet is expected to pack a 7040mAh battery unit and might boot Android 11.
