sony ps5: Sony PlayStation 5 becomes available for preorders in India

The PS5 is available for pre-orders in India once again. The pre-booking can be done from
Sony Center website (https://shopatsc.com/) and electronics retail chain Vijay Sales from today. The console has been restocked a month after it went on sale in India on February 22.
The next-gen console by Sony comes in two models: Standard Edition and Digital Edition. However, the brand has made only the former available to Indian consumers. The Standard Edition of the next-gen console comes at Rs 49,990, which will be available on both the online and retail store of Vijay Sales.
The PS5 comes in a dual-tone design with a mix of Back and White — along with the Blue LED lights surrounding the air vents at the top. There’s the new PlayStation logo at the top left corner and front apart from that glossy finish houses 1-regular and 1 Type-C port. A few major features of the console include a high-speed SSD, Ray Tracing, 4K-TV gaming, pp to 120fps with 120Hz output, HDR technology, support for 8K output, Tempest 3D AudioTech, Haptic Feedback, Adaptive Triggers, etc.
The Sony PlayStation5 arrived in June 2020. The next-gen console came to India in February last year, went for pre-orders in India on July 26 and had sold out within minutes. Then, pre-orders were opened again on August 26, last year. The PS5 has a history of selling out very fast within minutes of becoming available so make your move fast if you’ve been eyeing it.
