Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Karen Hauer showed fans a humorous behind-the-scenes insight of her morning routine on social media.
The 40-year-old TV star took to Instagram to reveal the power of caffeine, as she shared clips of herself before and after a coffee.
In the before clip, a sleepy Karen could be seen wrapped up in a huge blanket as she put on masks for her under eye bags.
The video then suddenly changed to an energised Karen clad in a black high leg leotard that put her toned bum on display, as well as matching leg warmers.
Karen appeared to reference the 1983 hit dance film Flashdance, which she will be performing with partner Jayde Adams, with the dancer and actress Irene Cara wearing similar outfits and dancing the same choreography to Maniac by Michael Sembello.
