Google has shared an interesting method that makes it easier for students to learn about the periodic table online. Every time a user searches the periodic table on Google, the search engine will show an interactive table in the results on both mobile and desktops.
“It’s #PeriodicTableDay! Search “periodic table” to explore interactive elements on your phone or computer. Talk about a H-Ac-K,” the company tweeted to mark the occasion of Periodic Table Day.

As defined by Britannica, the periodic table is the organized array of all the chemical elements in order of increasing atomic number. Hovering over each element will display its chemical name and full name. Clicking on the element will show detailed information about it. The details will include the elements atomic mass, melting point, boiling point, discovery date and more.

Periodic Table Day is observed every year on February 7. The day celebrates the formation of the modern-day periodic table. In 2019, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) celebrated 2019 as the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements. 2022 marks the 153rd year of the launch of the periodic table of Chemical elements globally.
