T20 World Cup 2022, Sri Lanka vs Namibia, Score Updates: Sri Lanka skipper Dasun Shanaka has won the toss and opted to bowl first vs Namibia in the first round game on Sunday. The reigning Asian champions Sri Lanka take on minnows Namibia in a Group A at the Kardinia Park in Geelong, Victoria. Sri Lanka stunned everyone with spirited display to win the Asia Cup, overcoming daunting challenges from heavyweights India and Pakistan. Dasun Shanaka’s men, however, will have to go through the first phase before making it to the main draw. Namibia, on the other hand, eye back-to-back qualification in the Super 12 stages. After losing to the Lankan Lions, Namibia then defeated the Netherlands and Ireland to qualify from the first round. (LIVE SCORECARD)
