Incentives have been integral to India’s highly competitive car market and to woo buyers, discounts usually double during the Diwali period when sales also typically peak.
Tata Motors, the leading global automobile manufacturer is offering cash discounts, corporate benefits and exchange bonuses on Tata Tiago, Tigor CNG, Tigor, Harrier and Safari this month.
The carmaker is offering an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a cash discount of Rs 10,000 on the Tigor CNG. The compact sedan is available in the XZ, XZ+ and XM trims. The TigorCNG is powered by 1.2 litre BSVI engine which produces maximum power of 73PS – the highest for any CNG car in this segment, and 86hp with 113Nm in petrol-only mode.
The second highest selling carmaker in the country is also offering an exchange bonus of nearly Rs 40,000 and corporate benefits of nearly Rs 5,000 on Tata Harrier. The Tata Harrier is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that has been christened Kryotec. The traverse mounted powertrain comes with a six-speed manual transmission, and make 140PS of power and 350Nm of torque. It features multiple driving modes (Eco, City and Sport) along with three Terrain Response modes of the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) – Normal, Wet and Rough. Recently, Tata Motors introduced new variants – XMS and XMAS – for its popular SUVs.
Apart from Harrier and Tiago CN, the automaker is also offering exchange bonuses of up to Rs 40,000 on all variants of Tata Safari. In August, The JET edition of Safari, Nexon, Harrier were launched by Tata Motors.The Safari sits on the OMEGARC platform which has been derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform. Like Harrier, Tata Safari come with the 2.0-litre Kryotec turbo-diesel engine that offers 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque.
The Safari inscription, stepped roof, refreshed rear profile with redesigned LED taillamps and a sleeker tailgate, and an upright rear section give the SUV a distinct character of its own.
Tata Motors is also offering benefits on Tigor. In the run up to the festive season, the carmaker has announced exchange bonus of Rs 10,000, a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and a corporate discount worth Rs 3,000 on all variants of the petrol-powered vehicle.
Discounts are also available on Tata Tiago. Customers will get an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and cash discount of Rs 10,000 on all variants of Tata Tiago. Tata Motors is also offering corporate benefits of nearly Rs 3,000 on the hatchback.
