European Esports organization Team Vitality announced their next major expansion in India with rosters for Free Fire and Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) following a successful stint with Call of Duty: Mobile.

The team revealed their latest venture by announcing the two coaches that will lead their respective rosters. While the Free Fire roster will be coached by former Premier League champion Indranil “FABINDRO” Saha, the BGMI team will be headed by Fnatic legend Pratik “AURUM” Mehra.

With three rosters in marquee mobile titles, Team Vitality now has a firm hold on the Indian Esports scene as it looks to expand across Asia with competitive rosters on multiple genres. Additionally, the investment from Team Vitality will also bear fruits in the growth of the country’s pro scene as well.

The coaches now have a massive task at hand in building out their rosters that will compete in future tournaments as they look to pick out the best players from India for their respective games.

Both the Free Fire and BGMI teams will join the CODM roster at the organization’s state-of-the-art training facility in Mumbai, where they will train to hone their skills before competing in the domestic and international stage.

Team Vitality India Managing Director Randall Fernandez has huge aspirations for the organization’s new rosters following an outstanding year with the CODM team, and he’s quite confident that they can make some noise in the near future.

“With our exemplary existing line-up of athletes, a fully equipped Training and Streaming Facility, and Team Vitality’s Esports pedigree, we are confident to soon become the highest ranked teams in India and internationally, in Free Fire, BGMI, and CODM.”

Team Vitality CEO Nicolas Maurer echoed similar thoughts as the organization continues to expand into different regions by creating rosters for premier mobile titles.

“We are excited to share our further expansion into the mobile Esports arena with Free Fire and BGMI. Both titles are immensely popular and have an unprecedented fan following in India and I am looking forward to seeing teams under the Team Vitality umbrella dominate the region and beyond.”

Team Vitality India will be finalizing their overall approach towards building the rosters in the upcoming days, and the team will soon be posting updates about them on their Instagram page.
