The much-anticipated trailer for Gashmeer Mahajani and Mrinmayee Godbole’s film Vishu was dropped today by the makers. While the first song, which featured Gashmeer Mahajani and Mrinmayee Godbole, had everyone’s attention, the trailer has brought the experience to a whole new level, and it’s safe to say that it was well worth the wait.
In the teaser, Vishu (Gashmeer Mahajani), a well-to-do city dweller, expresses his love for his hometown. Vishu is responsible for living his life in his own unique way. However, the arrival of Arvi (Mrinmayee Godbole) in his life altered everything.
Will Vishu’s erratic behaviour push ‘her’ over the edge? Will Vishu discover the truth that has been buried until now? When you see Vishu you’ll get answers to a lot of these questions.
In the trailer for Vishu, both urban and rural lifestyles are depicted quite nicely. There are people who have lost their humanity in the concrete jungle, and there are those who still value humanity and demonstrate warm welcome in the village. Aitasha Sanjgiri, Mansi Mohile, Milind Pathak, Vijay Nikam, and Sanjay Gurbakshani all play key roles in the film.
