Antoine Griezmann has been one of the most impressive stars at the Qatar World Cup, thriving as a central midfielder for France. Thus, the playmaker could quickly become of interest to Chelsea, who are desperate to strengthen their ranks in the centre of the park.

Griezmann has been compared to international teammate N’Golo Kante over the past few weeks, and he could be the ideal replacement for the former Leicester City star at Stamford Bridge – having been linked with a move previously.

Didier Drogba and Paul Pogba have both highlighted the similarities between the two, and Griezmann’s versatility could prove a very useful asset under Graham Potter, known for how he likes players to be flexible in their positions.
