Trinny Woodall, 59, has taken to Instagram today to issue a new, cryptic update in view of her 1.2 million followers, as rumours circulate that the entrepreneur has split from millionaire Charles Saatchi, 79.
She uploaded a video to the social media platform to offer her fans a glimpse into her morning strength workout, as she admitted to having had a “revelation” in the caption.
In the video, Trinny mentioned having dinner with “an old friend”, who “managed to clear her head” and helped her feel “inspired in my clarity, my vision”.
The caption read: “Last night, I had a fantastic evening because I had dinner with a really old friend and they gave me some very sound advice.
“We have all different friends in our life, but that really old friend who is smart and cuts to the chase is the best kind of friend for this kind of situation so I just want to say it was a revelation to me last night and got my mind thinking.”

Trinny continued: “Lots of action I have to take so it galvanise me to be very excited when Nat rang the doorbell to give us our strength training this morning and my God, what a session it was.”(sic)
The update comes as rumours circulate regarding Tinny’s relationship with Charles, after friends reportedly noted that their age gap had become “an issue”.
Trinny started dating Charles in 2013 after his divorce from presenter Nigella Lawson, 63.
But last month, the beauty mogul seemingly hinted at their split online, as she spoke about “a big life change”.
Then friends of Trinny reportedly told The Sun that the couple had called it quits, with their 20-year age gap being a contributing factor to their relationship’s downfall.
The sources claimed that she had simply grown “tired of life” with the businessman and felt it was “time to move on”, although noted their 10 years together had been “happy”.
They claimed that “their age difference started to become an issue” as Charles wanted to start slowing down their chaotic career and personal lives, while Trinny wanted the exact opposite.
At 59, the fashion expert reportedly feels “she’s in her prime” and wants to spend her days and evenings “out and about” while Charles would rather have some quiet time in their comfortable home.
Charles Saatchi’s representatives previously declined to comment and Express.co.uk has contacted Trinny Woodall’s representatives for comment.
