Twitter Sends Condolences to Satya Nadella as his Son, Zain Nadella Passes Away Tragically

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has experienced one of the worst days of his life recently and is grieving currently with his wife and family. As reported by Bloomberg Quint, Zain Nadella, the son of Satya Nadella has passed away, he was fighting Cerebral Palsy since birth and finally gave in on the 28th of February 2022 in the morning.

Many influential people of the industry have reached out to Satya Nadella through Twitter and other forms of social media to provide their support and condolences to the family. These people include big-name players of the industry, influencers and the general public all over the world. Here is how Twitter has reacted to the recent passing of Zain Nadella:

Zain Nadella was extremely influential around the projects that the Microsoft CEO was working on, related to releasing products that aim to provide ease to people suffering from several disabilities. In a mail to the Microsoft staff, Satya Nadella mentioned the recent passing away of his son, Zain. He also requested the staff to keep the family in their prayers whilst they grieve for this sad incident.

Satya Nadella has also made notable donations and set up various trusts to support the study of Pediatric Neurosciences. One of these trusts includes the setting up of Zain Nadella Endowed Chair in Pediatric Neurosciences. This establishment has been set up by the Microsoft CEO and Children’s Hospital, the centre where Zain was being treated. The CEO of Children’s Hospital, Jeff Sperring also provided some heartwarming words about Zain in a recent statement, “Zain will be remembered for his eclectic taste in music, his bright sunny smile and the immense joy he brought to his family and all those who loved him”.
