Our guest speaker Ian Gibbs, director of data leadership and learning at JICMAIL, presented Mail and the “new normal:” How changing consumer habits are reflected in mail campaign effectiveness. He examined the way in which mail is interacted with by consumers and how it has undergone a seismic shift over the past 18 months.
