Videocon Metal Pro 2 4G with 4G VoLTE Support Launched in India at Rs 6,999

On Monday, Videocon has launched a new 4G VoLTE smartphone in India called the Videocon Metal Pro 2. The smartphone priced at Rs. 6,999 and will be available across multi-brand retail stores in the country by the end of the month. Videocon is also offering a one-year subscription of Eros Now, a Gameloft game and 100-days replacement warranty on the device. The Videocon Metal Pro 2 comes in gold and space grey colour options.

Coming on specification, the Videocon Metal Pro 2 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and sports metal body design with a 5” HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with MiraVision support. The device is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC and offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

The Vidoecon Metal Pro 2 sports a 13MP rare camera with auto-focus and LED flash support. There is 3.2MP front facing camera for talking selfies and videocalls. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, and Micro-USB port. Sensors on board the Videocon Metal Pro 2 include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The smartphone is powered by a 2000mAh removable battery which could have to recharge twice a day. The device measures 145.2×72.6×8.4mm.
