Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has launched its first flagship phone in China named as iQOO. This phone was previously leaked with some of its high-end specifications but now, the company has officially unveiled its smartphone with all its specifications. This smartphone is fully packed with high-end specifications to deliver powerful performance. The latest iQOO smartphone features a triple-rear camera setup and is powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC. This smartphone is ready to give hard competition in the market to other smartphone brands including Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi etc.
Vivo iQOO Specifications
The all-new Vivo iQOO features a tall 6.41-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels resolution) AMOLED display panel with waterdrop notch and has a 91.7 percent aspect ratio. This smartphone features an In-display fingerprint sensor. Apart from this, Vivo iQOO is powered by the latest octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 SoC which is based on the 7nm fabrication process and is further paired by Adreno 640 GPU. This smartphone comes in four configurations – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB.
As mentioned above, Vivo iQOO sports a triple rear camera setup which includes a 12-megapixel primary sensor with Vivo’s own dual-pixel technology, a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens with Sony IMX256 sensor, and at last, a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, there is a 12-megapixel selfie shooter mounted inside the notch for selfies and video calling.
Apart from this, the connectivity options in Vivo iQOO include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS/ GLONASS, and USB Type-C. This phone houses a huge 4000mAh battery with fast charging support. The 6GB + 128GB variant comes with a 22.5W adaptor for fast charging while the other three variants get 44W Super Flash Charge support by Vivo.
Vivo iQOO Price and Availability
According to the iQOO, the 6GB + 128GB variant will be available at the price tag of 2,998 ($450). The 8GB + 128GB version is set for RMB 3,298 ($490) and the 8GB + 256GB variants will go for RMB 3,598 ($536). Now at the top, the Monster Edition of iQOO which houses 12GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage will go for RMB 4,298 ($640).
Out of these four, the first two variants will be coming in Electro-Optic Blue and Lava Orange colors, while the other two variants will be there only in Electro-Optic color. All of these variants of iQOO will be going live in China for Pre-Orders on March 6, 10 AM onwards via the official Vivo Shop.
