Vivo inaugurates its first experience centre in India; offers product demo, sales and service

Vivo has launched its first exclusive experience centre in Gurugram, Haryana. The experience centre is located at Ambience Mall Gurugram and was inaugurated by Haryana’s home minister Anil Vij. Vivo’s first flagship store offers an all-in-one experience for its customers by offering product experience, sales and service under one roof, said the company.
Vivo says that this step is consistent with its vision of providing a premium customer experience to Indian consumers. The company also aims to offer a best-in-class premium customer experience through live demos of ‘Made in India’ Vivo smartphones, as well as a dedicated zone for accessories and IoT products.
On the occasion, Yogendra Sriramula, Head, Brand Strategy, Vivo India, said, “The mainline retail channel has always been an essential part of our go-to-market strategy and we would continue to invest in this channel. By the end of this year, we aim to take the total number of Vivo exclusive stores to 650+ in the country. With the launch of this experiential centre, we aim to offer a distinct customer experience in the retail space. Customers will be able to experience the complete range of Vivo products and accessories.”

As part of its initial offers, Vivo is offering a Vivo TWS 2e to the first 10 buyers of the X-Series, a One wireless Sport Lite to the first 20 buyers of the V-Series and guaranteed freebies to the first 45 buyers of T and Y-series.
