The smartphone is expected to have a LPDDR5x RAM with UFS 4.0 storage.
For optics, the X-series smartphone could feature an ultra-wide sensor and a 64MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. The camera module is expected to house a 1-inch sensor for better photography.
