The wait is over. Dhanush has announced his next project. The Atrangi Re star took to his social media handle to reveal the title of his upcoming film – Captain Miller. He also shared his excitement for the project by unveiling a short teaser video.
Captain Miller is directed by Arun Matheswaran and is presented by T.G. Thyagarajan. In a statement, the producer said, “When Arun Matheswaran narrated the script to me and Dhanush, both of us were excited, and wanted to materialize in a grand scale. I have always admired the director Arun’s unconventional thinking and maverick filmmaking methodologies to deliver exceptional movies are extraordinary. When he narrated the script, I was immensely impressed with his idea, and his engrossing screenwriting.”
While further details about Captain Miller are awaited, Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his Hollywood debut film The Gray Man. The upcoming film is directed by the Russo Brothers and features Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, among others. It will release on streaming on July 22.
