William Shatner seen for first time after death premonition as he talks reincarnation wish | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV
William Shatner, 91, attended the SXSW festival in support of his new biopic, You Can Call Me Bill, which chronicles his career spanning six decades.
In the documentary, the Star Trek star talks about wanting to come back as a tree in his next life, which he hopes to achieve by having his ashes scattered onto the earth, under the roots of a giant sequoia.
This comes as Shatner shocked fans in recent weeks when he questioned his own mortality prior to his 92nd birthday.
Reflecting on his incredible career, William casually admitted he doesn’t have much time left, which is why he finally agreed to do a documentary.
Speaking to Variety, the actor shared: “I’ve turned down a lot of offers to do documentaries before. But I don’t have long to live.
“Whether I keel over as I’m speaking to you or 10 years from now, my time is limited.”
