Work Shift Play Inc. and Coin Operated Games have revealed that Empyre: Dukes Of The Far Frontier is set to release in early June. The game serves as a sequel to the nearly five-year-old game Empyre: Lords of the Sea Gates, only this time around the game has been placed in a Neo-Victorian version of the Wild West. Here you’ll have the chance to explore what appears to be a utopian city run by steam-powered robots, which they have become almost entirely reliant on. But not all is as it seems, which you will soon discover as the working-class robots may have other plans up their sleeves for this society in what is essentially an RPG adventure inside an isometric alternate history. Rising out of the desert in Monument Valley is a city unlike any other ever made.
